Adults and Children with Learning and Developmental Disabilities was awarded a $2,500 grant from the Long Island Fund for Women and Girls.
The money will go to the Women’s Health Services Center Expansion Project, which helps developmentally disabled women get basic, necessary health care and emotional support.
ACLD provides services to more than 3,000 children and adults at more than 70 locations throughout Nassau and Suffolk. For more information, call (516) 822-0028.
