Greek inflation runs at 0.6 percent in July

ATHENS, Aug. 6 (Xinhua) — Greece’s inflation was running at 0. 6 percent in July, against 0.5 percent in the preceding month, according to figures released on Thursday by the Greek National Statistics Service.

The mean Consumer Price Index (CPI) for the 12-month period July 2008-2009 posted a 2.1-percent increase, against a 4.0- percent increase in the corresponding period of 2007-2008
